Funny Love Letter #2

 

Cheerio My Dear,

 

That's British for "hello." We've got several more days of work ahead of us before we head home. I miss you like mad, as you know. Being without you is so different from what I'm used to.

 

For instance, everything here is exciting. We've been out late every night, and I've discovered something called a "pint." And a wonderful brew called Guinness. And when you put those two together ... well, let's just say I'm not the same old me anymore.

 

Oh, and that reminds me -- when you go to the bathroom here, they say you're going to "the loo." Funny, huh? Guinness sends you there a lot.

 

Shelly, from accounting, has been extra helpful in getting me back to my hotel safely. In fact, if I have to admit it, I'm lucky she was so good in helping, because when she got me to my room, I passed right out. She was so concerned that I guess she watched over me all night, because she was still there in the morning. From work, I never would have known she was so kind.

 

Anyway, I'm miss you so much, as you can tell, and can't wait to get back home.
